What size should I order?
Answer: We recommend checking our Size Guide image on each product page for detailed measurements.

How much does domestic postage cost?
Answer: We charge a flat-rate postage fee of £3.50 per order for delivery anywhere in the UK. This is a one-off
charge regardless of how many items you purchase in a single order. Any available delivery promotions or free shipping offers will be clearly displayed at checkout.

How much does International postage cost?
Answer: International delivery varies between countries. Please check you are happy with the shipping price before checking out. We use
Postal Delivered Duties Paid (PDDP) services which include all relevant taxes and fees so there should not be any unpleasant surprises from local customs, however in rare cases some extra fees may apply. Please consult National Postal Operator.

Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
Answer: Orders can usually be changed or cancelled within a short period after they are placed. Please contact our
customer support as soon as possible. Once an order has been processed or shipped, changes may no longer be possible.

How long does shipping take?
Answer: Standard shipping to a UK address typically takes 3–7 business days. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and order volume. Please take into account seasonal and weather delays and postal strikes.

What is your return and exchange policy?
Answer: You can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery, provided they are unworn, unwashed and have the original tags attached. Sale or clearance items may be excluded. Please contact us before returning the item to ensure a smooth and easy transaction.

Answer: Care instructions are listed on each product page and on the garment's care card in every order. Following these
instructions will help maintain the quality, colour and fit of your clothing.
